This is a full-time remote position for a Field Sales Representative based in Seattle, WA. The role involves managing and growing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Wes-Garde’s product portfolio. Responsibilities also include developing tailored solutions for clients, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven sales skills, including customer relationship management and business development
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical and interconnect components, or related technical products
- Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and ability to identify customer needs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in industrial, transportation, food, or medical equipment industries is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the designated territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
