Senior Manager - Project Management - IT/OT Delivery (entroCIM)

As a Senior Manager Project Management - IT/OT Delivery (entroCIM), you will lead customer-facing deployments of the entroCIM platform across a portfolio of complex, multi-site projects. You will be responsible for delivering building technology and systems integration initiatives that combine IT and OT, span on-premises and cloud environments, and involve both financial and operational ROI for our customers. You will also be responsible for developing and improving the deployment practice itself. You will employ a strong customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions, and a proven history of leading complex technology implementations, preferably in building systems, industrial, or other IT/OT environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle including scoping, coordination with customer IT and operations teams, commissioning, and transition to managed services. 
• Serve as the primary customer interface during deployments, conducting executive updates, milestone reviews, and managing escalations.
• Coordinate with internal software, infrastructure, and managed services teams to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with Product, Digital Center of Excellence, Sales, and Managed Services teams. 
• Drive standardization of deployment practices, templates, and governance across the project management function. 
• Drive large-scale initiatives in both size and budget with high complexity with both financial and organizational risk.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Set and manage project expectations with team members and project stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis on gaps, identify waste, and partner with leadership to drive sustainable corrective action.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to align with strategy and objectives and to define project scope, goals and deliverables. Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations including executive level presentations, communications and reporting.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
• Assess and prioritize new demand intake.
• Recommend and standardize new project management processes and governance.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential concerns, and devise contingency plans.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Determine and assess the need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle. Negotiate with other department managers for acquisition of required personnel.
• Develop employees to be self-sufficient in continuous improvement tools.
• Function as leader for continuous improvement events.
• Align activities with corporate goals around safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Drive a strategic mindset to envision future and translate to tangible plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related degree required.
• PMP Certification preferred
• 10 years of experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods in a large-scale project management capacity.
• 5 years of proven management experience leading and developing a team of resources.
• Experience with IT/OT integration, including building automation systems (HVAC/BMS), metering, and industrial controls preferred. 
• Familiarity with operational and/or IOT protocols.
• Comfort working with customer IT teams on networking, security, VPNs, and VM provisioning. 
• Understanding of cloud and on-premises deployment models and secure data acquisition architectures. 
• Ability to lead multi-system integration projects involving multiple vendors and technical dependencies. 
• Technical fluency in software deployment workflows, cloud architecture basics, and containerization concepts. 
• Experience with commissioning processes, field coordination, and operational acceptance. 
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and structured PM documentation. 
• Familiarity with ISO-aligned practices, and Agile/iterative delivery models. 
• Strong customer orientation and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to build and lead strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of business and IT processes.
