Picture this: it’s 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and you’re kicking off a smooth, focused day—no weekend rushes. As a Lead Fulfillment Operations Specialist at Wesco, you’re the steady hand guiding product flow from receipt to shipment. You move confidently between receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, keep work areas tidy, and jump in on cycle counts, counter sales, and customer-focused quality checks.
Your Impact, Start to Finish
- Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the system
- Separate orders and place materials in proper locations
- Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment
- Assist in loading trucks
- Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables
- Perform special customer quality assurance inspections
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7:30am - 3:30pm (No Weekends)

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Basic problem-solving ability
- Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
Compensation
$18.76 - $22.51 per hour
