Position Description
Install commercial doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties throughout Wesche’s service region.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Install commercial doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties per manufacturer’s recommended installation
- Communicate with customers prior to and while on the jobsite
- Keep jobsites organized, clean, and well-kept
- Thoroughly clean all work areas at the end of a job
- Maintain tools, equipment, service van, and materials in an organized, clean, and functional manner
- Complete work orders as set out by manager
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to keep yourself and others safe
- Follow all jobsite guidelines and regulations
- Document completed work for job files and record keeping purposes
Qualifications
Required:

- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and in-person
- Able to move up to 100 pounds
- Able to read installation instructions and problem solve
- Organized and able to keep a clean work area and materials
