Role Description The Appointment Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, confirming and booking qualified appointments into calendars, and ensuring accurate entry of appointment details into relevant systems and CRM tools. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, following up with leads who have engaged with campaigns, and coordinating schedules between prospects and the sales team. The Appointment Scheduler will also help maintain organized call logs, monitor appointment status, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders. This position requires consistent professionalism, reliable attendance, and a strong focus on delivering a positive experience to every caller.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Appointment Scheduling skills, including calendar management and accurate data entry.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills for handling calls in a courteous, efficient manner.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with prospects and team members.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, such as qualifying leads and encouraging appointment commitment without high-pressure tactics.
- Prior experience in a call center, front desk, or scheduling role is beneficial.
