What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care during peak afternoon and evening hours
Complete assessments and update care plans as needed
Support and guide CNAs and LPNs during your shift
Respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and providers
Foster a calm, positive, and resident-centered environment
