Wesbury is hiring a Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight leadership and high-quality care to our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise nursing staff
- Direct resident care and respond to changes, emergencies, and falls
- Coordinate physician orders, labs, IVs, and care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams
- Monitor staffing, audits, and daily reports
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license CPR
- Long-term care or hospital experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Compassion for working with seniors
