Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs and providing exceptional service.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency targets and expand the customer base.
Policy Customization: Recommend and customize insurance policies that meet the individual needs and goals of clients.
Prospecting: Identify potential clients through varied methods, including networking and leads provided by the agency.
Insurance Industry Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge on insurance policies and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and comply with industry regulations and standards.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Mississippi Property & Casualty License or Mississippi Personal Lines License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for connecting with clients and colleagues effectively.
Customer Focus: A high level of customer service orientation, with a commitment to tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
