We are a small community oriented business, 54 years running in Queen Anne. We are looking for a new addition to our small but strong family, looking for someone open to learning new things, self starter, driven, and helpful.
Responsibilities
- Filing/Book keeping
- Customer service: Greeting and communicating with customers, Documenting damage on vehicles
- Answering phones, Message taking
- Using a computer: Using our estimating and work file keeping software and emailing customers, insurance companies, part vendors/dealership
- Overall office responsibilities.
Experience
- Not necessary, however open to learning
