Warehouse (2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Monday through Friday)

• Compensation: $18.50/hr starting wage
• Benefits: PTO upon starting, Medical/Dental/Vision/401K
• Up to $1,000 Starting Bonus
• Annual Bonus of $2,400

Minimum & Preferred Requirements

• 1-3 months related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to utilize database software, inventory software, order-processing systems, and word-processing software.
• Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordination of Shipments:
  • Plan and coordinate shipments of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Prepare shipping documents, including BOLs, packing lists, and shipping labels.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and delivery confirmations
• Communication
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and carriers to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Organization and Cleanliness:
  
  • Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and free of debris while maintaining area 5S checklist.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Warehouse Teammates and other departments.
• Other related duties as assigned.
