About the Role
As a Client Experience Partner, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll guide onboarding, support adoption, and help teams use WerkandMe to strengthen engagement, recognition, and development. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires comfort working independently in a growing company.
You’ll work remotely but travel nationally to support clients on-site through training, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Partner with client teams to drive adoption and long-term success with WerkandMe
- Coach leaders and employees on engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
- Support onboarding, training, and rollout of new programs or features
- Collaborate internally to continuously improve the client experience
- Travel to client locations for on-site support and training (25–40%, weekdays)
- Experience working within organizations or closely supporting teams as a partner or vendor
- Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written formats
- Comfortable influencing and guiding stakeholders at different levels
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys building and improving processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing company
