This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder at our facility in Broken Arrow, OK. The Welder will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to fabricate components with precision. Daily tasks include operating welding equipment, assembling metal parts, inspecting finished products for quality, and ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding; strong understanding of welding materials and processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to assemble detailed parts
- Hands-on experience with tools, safety equipment, and fabrication machinery
- Strong attention to detail with experience in inspecting and ensuring quality standards
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
- Welding certification or technical training is a plus
