This role ensures that systems, infrastructure, ERP platforms, and cybersecurity capabilities are reliable, secure, and scalable to support business operations and growth.
The role owns the ERP roadmap, with Deacom ERP strongly preferred, while also leveraging transferable experience across other leading manufacturing ERP platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Leadership & Business SystemsLead ERP implementation, optimization, and governance (Deacom preferred; SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor acceptable)Ensure ERP supports end-to-end processes including manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, quality, finance, and HRDrive ERP adoption, training, data accuracy, reporting, and process disciplineCybersecurity, Controls & Risk ManagementDevelop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity strategy and incident response protocolsOversee system access controls, data governance, and audit readinessLead security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation initiativesInfrastructure, Scalability & VendorsOversee IT infrastructure across corporate offices and packagin facilitiesEnsure systems are scalable to support growth and increased transaction volumeManage ERP partners, managed service providers, and cybersecurity vendorsLeadership & GovernanceBuild, develop, and lead a high-performing IT teamEstablish IT policies, standards, documentation, and KPIsPartner with Finance, Operations, HR, and Quality leaders to align technology with business needsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including ERP implementation in manufacturing or distribution environments. Deacom ERP experience strongly preferred but not required.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
