- Develop and implement local outreach strategies to attract host families.
- Build relationships with schools, community groups, and media outlets to promote hosting opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, info sessions, and community events to raise awareness.
- Guide families through the application and screening process.
- Match students with suitable host families based on interests, preferences, and compatibility.
- Maintain accurate placement records and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, outreach, community engagement, or recruitment.
- Confidence in public speaking and networking.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Passion for intercultural exchange and youth development.
