Hotel Task Force Temp Food and Beverage FOH manager

Location: Fayetteville, NY 13066

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our hotel task force team on a temporary basis in Fayetteville, NY. The ideal candidate will oversee all front of house food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and smooth daily operations.

• Manage and supervise all FOH food and beverage staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and bussers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back of house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Train, mentor, and motivate FOH staff to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to optimize staffing levels.
• Support management with reporting and administrative tasks related to FOH operations.

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage FOH Manager or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.

This is a temporary position as part of a hotel task force, providing critical support during peak periods or special projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our food and beverage front of house operations.
