Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts in line with company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste
- Follow daily production plans to meet business and customer demand
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Operate equipment safely and report any faults or issues
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages
- Follow portion control and minimise waste
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
- Previous experience in cake decorating, pastry, or bakery production is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in decorating and finishing products
