Here's What You'll Be Doing
Industrial Security (FSO)
- Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) and NISPOM compliance (32 CFR Part 117)
- Serve as primary interface with DCSA
- Manage DISS, NBIS, and NISS activities
- Oversee personnel clearances, visit requests, and reporting (SEAD 3)
- Conduct self-inspections and support DCSA assessments
- Lead RMF-based system authorization (SSP, POA&M, eMASS)
- Ensure compliance with NIST SP800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012
- Maintain SPRS score and support CMMC readiness
- Oversee classified and CUI systems, including lab/test equipment
- Manage incident response and reporting
- Partner with engineering and IT on secure system architecture
- Support classified program execution and DD254 interpretation
Skills & Qualifications You Need:
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance (Secret or higher)
- Prior FSO/ISSM experience in a cleared facility
- Experience with NISPOM and industrial security programs
- Hands-on RMF / ISSM experience in DoD environments
- Working knowledge of DISS, NBIS, NISS, and eMASS
- CMMC / SPRS experience
- Completion (or progress toward) DCSA FSO training
- Security certifications (Security , CISSP) Familiarity with lab/test equipment security (e.g., RF test systems, Windows-based instruments)
- Flexible part-time schedule
