- Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling to maintain accurate financial records
- Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to boost sales
- Monitor inventory levels through inventory management systems and coordinate purchasing to meet demand
- Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth store functioning during all hours of operation while maintaining safety standards
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication skills
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and sales reporting efficiently
Qualifications
