The ASC is a 3-OR, multi-specialty, state-of-the-art outpatient facility, that is a joint venture between Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and physician partners.

The Intake Nurse is an integral part of the nursing team, performing pre-procedure care to the patient by making pre-operative phone calls to the patients. This position assesses both the physical and emotional status of the patient prior to procedure and obtains current patient information to be input into the electronic health record system.

The Intake Nurse must be:

· Currently licensed to practice in the state of New Hampshire

· Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical (Vocational) Nursing

· Previous experience is desirable, but not necessary.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
