Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support our residential remodeling projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe job site, and wants to grow within the construction industry.
Please note: Most projects are located throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland. Applicants should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Chevy Chase, MD (20815) and be comfortable traveling to various job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential construction experience required
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license required
- Must own a reliable personal vehicle and be able to commute independently to job sites throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting materials
- Assist with job site setup and daily preparation
- Perform job site cleanup and maintain organization throughout projects
- Support carpenters and other team members as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
- Assist with material deliveries and site logistics as needed
Work Location
In person. Projects are located throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Southern Maryland.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
