As a Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:
Rate Of Pay
- From $38 / hour based on experience
- $4.00 shift differential on all overnight or weekend shifts
- $5.00 shift differential on Friday Night shifts

As a Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with residents and fellow team members
- Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel, as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs
- Develop and oversee daily Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) assignments
- Administer medications and provide treatment to residents
- Takes and give report
- Participate in required annual training programs
- Active New Hampshire RN or LPN license or Compact State RN or LPN license
- Experience working in a senior services setting preferred.
- Must work a minimum of 1 full shift (or 12 hours) every 60 days.
- Must work a minimum of 1 holiday shift (12 hours) per calendar year.
