Location: Portsmouth, NH. WSL is located steps from Portsmouths Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum.
Job Summary: As a Memory Care Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience, with responsibilities including:
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate meaningful and engaging group activities.

Create and maintain a therapeutic environment that promotes resident well-being, dignity, and engagement.

Collaborate with nursing, dining, housekeeping, and other departments to support residents' individual needs.

Assist with resident dining experiences and escort residents to and from activities and programs.

Accurately document resident interactions and participation in a timely manner.

Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment.
Requirements:
Education
-
High School Diploma required
Licensure, Registration, and Certification

Active NH LNA license preferred
Experience
-
Previous experience working with individuals with cognitive impairment required.

Proficient use of technology. iPhone use is an essential function of the position.

Hours: This position is scheduled for three (3) 12-hour day shifts per week, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Rate: $21.00 /hour
