AM Bell/Valet Attendant - Part Time

The Wentworth Mansion is looking for a part-time AM bell/valet attendant to join our outstanding team. From a cheerful greeting as guests arrive at the hotel to a sincere thank you at departure, the ideal Wentworth Mansion bell staff helps to create a seamless five-star experience for guests throughout their stay. Bell staff duties include some hotel upkeep in addition to guest service.

Hours are 7am-3pm - 2-3 shifts per week

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest as they arrive at the hotel
• Carry guests' luggage and deliver to guestrooms
• Acquaint guests with the property and room amenities
• Provide valet parking services for guests
• Host the evening social hour
• Converse with guests about local restaurants and attractions when asked
• Assist with hotel upkeep including maintaining cleanliness of hotel kitchen and parking lot and distributing laundry from the on-site laundry to other Charming Inn hotel properties.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a congenial personality and be dedicated to providing outstanding guest service
• Able to bend, stoop and climb stairs
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work from 7am - 3pm for 2-3 shifts per week including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous hotel experience preferred
