Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, build strong relationships, and guide clients through our product and service options. You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed — all while earning a competitive base pay plus commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the right solutions.
• Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Apply cross-selling and up-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing coaching, and skill-building sessions.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales or customer service experience (consultative sales preferred).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
• Reliable and organized, with excellent follow-up habits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.
