Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary healthcare environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Supports overall hospital operations by ensuring assigned areas meet cleanliness, infection prevention, and safety standards.

Essential Functions
Sweep, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, equipment, and woodwork throughout the facility.
Clean walls, ceilings, windows, blinds, sills, door panels, and glass surfaces.
Empty, clean, and sanitize trash and waste receptacles in assigned areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, and drinking fountains; restock restroom supplies as needed.
Remove debris and maintain cleanliness around building entrances and surrounding areas.
Operate high- and low-speed floor care equipment, including stripping and buffing machines.
Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and hospital activities.
Identify and report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns within assigned areas.
Follow all hospital safety, infection control, and environmental service protocols.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.

Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
