Wentworth by the Sea Resort & Spa is looking for reliable and hardworking Hotel Room Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay. Hotel Room Attendant duties include:
- Cleaning guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies
- Making beds and changing linens
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Refilling towels, toiletries, and guest supplies
- Removing trash and recyclables
- Keeping housekeeping carts clean and stocked
- Reporting maintenance and safety issues to a supervisor
- Following cleaning and safety procedures
- Greeting guests politely and responding to requests when needed
Requirements for successful Hotel Room Attendants include:
- Working independently
- Managing time efficiently
- Ability to occasionally lift/move 20 – 50 pounds
- Flexibility as far as scheduling, including working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
