About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide a range of massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Signature Body treatments
- Customize each treatment based on guest preferences, health considerations, and wellness goals
- Create a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience from consultation through completion of services
- Maintain impeccable treatment room standards in line with resort and brand expectations
- Educate guests on wellness techniques, product recommendations, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
Required Qualifications
- Current Massage Therapy License in New Hampshire
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury environment
- Flexible availability, including holidays and nights
- Must work one weekend day every week
- Experience in luxury spa or resort settings
- Certifications in specialty modalities (deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.)
