This position offers the opportunity to work on both framing and finish carpentry projects, giving team members exposure to all phases of custom home construction.
We are open to a wide range of experience levels — from motivated individuals looking to learn the trade to experienced carpenters seeking long-term, meaningful work. Compensation is based on skill level, experience, craftsmanship, and leadership ability.
Job Duties:
- Participate in residential framing and finish carpentry projects
- Work on custom homes from early framing stages through detailed finish work
- Read and interpret plans and specifications as experience grows
- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Collaborate with a team focused on craftsmanship and quality
- Continue developing skills through hands-on learning and mentorship
