$20–$40 per hour | $5,000 Signing Bonus!
Build a career doing work you can be proud of! We're hiring Carpenters to join our team building exceptional custom homes in Harbor Springs.
Whether you're an experienced carpenter or someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in learning the trade, we're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a respected custom homebuilder.
We call our carpenters Craftsmen because we believe great homes are built by people who value quality, attention to detail, and doing things the right way.
$5,000 Signing Bonus: Paid in two installments during the first six months of employment—one after 90 days and the second after six months.
What You'll Do
- Perform framing and/or finish carpentry on high-end custom homes
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work alongside experienced Craftsmen and construction team members
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Develop your skills while contributing to exceptional workmanship
What We're Looking For
- Carpentry or residential construction experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Interest in building a long-term career in residential construction
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of construction work
