We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to lead the planning, estimating, and execution of electrical construction projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive electrical project estimates using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy in pricing and cost control.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop detailed scopes of work aligned with client requirements and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain profitable margins.
• Coordinate with construction teams to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations that meet project deadlines.
• Oversee project execution on-site by managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgets while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage contract documentation, change orders, and progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong background in electrical systems and projects.
• Demonstrated success in project management within the construction or electrical industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and construction management practices.
• Strong understanding of NEC regulations, electrical codes, contracts, pricing strategies, and cost control methods.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Prior experience working on complex electrical projects from initial estimate through completion is highly desirable. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
