We are looking for a motivated Practice Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have three years of healthcare clinic management experience (veterinary preferred but not required). Our opportunity includes the following compensation package:

• $40,000, negotiable based on experience

The Practice Manager will lead our clinic team (front desk, technicians, and assistants) in partnership with
Wenona’s veterinarians. Specific responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the clinic’s day-to-day operations

• Mentoring and managing clinic team members
• Leading weekly team meetings & daily team check-ins
• Creating clinic team and veterinarian coverage schedules
• Onboarding and orienting new team members

• Managing clinic equipment repairs and facility maintenance

• Ordering and managing clinic pharmaceuticals in conjunction with CIVA’s Inventory Manager

• Collaborating with CIVA’s Chief Operating Officer to scale operations
