At WeNnovate Inc., we specialize in face-to-face marketing and brand strategy for nationally recognized clients. As we continue expanding in New Orleans, LA, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Brand Representative to help increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and support sales growth.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and sales execution in a retail-based environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute in-person marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales
- Support the development and implementation of local promotional strategies
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve campaign performance
- Assist with coordinating promotional events, brand activations, and in-store campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and messaging
- Monitor competitor activity and share insights with leadership
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Entry-level experience in marketing, branding, retail sales, or customer service is a plus
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand engagement and storytelling
