Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer-GoHighLevel Software Specialist who knows the ins and outs of the HighLevel platform and can deliver measurable marketing results. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across funnels, email, social media, SEO, and automations. You will play a key role in building and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Fully manage and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, including CRM setup, automations, workflows, triggers, and pipelines
- Build, launch, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.) using GoHighLevel integrations
- Create high-converting sales funnels and landing pages inside HighLevel
- Develop, design, and execute email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and nurturing sequences
- Implement SEO best practices within funnels, websites, and campaigns to improve organic visibility
- Design and automate workflows for lead capture, follow-up, and sales pipeline management
- Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for higher ROI
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure branding and messaging consistency across all campaigns
- Stay current with GoHighLevel updates, features, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working directly in GoHighLevel (required)
- Deep understanding of HighLevel CRM, automations, workflows, pipelines, forms, surveys, triggers, and integrations
- Proven success in managing and scaling social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
- Experience building and optimizing funnels, websites, and landing pages in HighLevel
- Strong background in email marketing (designing campaigns, deliverability, analytics)
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and implementation within campaigns and sites
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- GoHighLevel Certifications (Agency Pro, Funnels & Automations, Email Marketing, etc.)
- Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, Google Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Background in digital marketing, advertising, or agency work
