Electrician I

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Service Technician to join our Service team and help support the installation, maintenance, and performance of industry-leading equipment at customer facilities.

As an Electrical Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring customer success by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and hands-on support in the field. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous learning while working with a variety of electrical systems and equipment.

Position Summary

The Electrical Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment at customer sites. This role works closely with customers, technicians, engineers, and internal teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work.
• Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assets.
• Participates in training to stay current with new technologies and products.
• Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external Customers.
• Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials
• Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations
• Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues
• Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations
