Commercial Siding Installer

Summary

We are seeking a Siding Installer to join our dynamic team at Wenger Construction. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality installations across various projects. As an Installer, you will contribute directly to our mission of solving the labor crisis in the construction industry by delivering top-notch workmanship.

Region of Work

• From East Central to Southeast Wisconsin Area. Majority of work will be in the East Central Area (Fox Vally, Green bay, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan) with occasional work in the Southeast (West Bend, Milwaukee).
• Full Time in Wisconsin- No Relocation Package Offered
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 3 Years of Construction Experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Siding Installation Experience STRONGLY Preferred
• Valid Driver's License
  
  

Other Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently.
• Familiarity with both hand and power tools and techniques used in commercial siding.
• Familiarity with operating equipment used for installing commercial siding.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the trade.
• Valid Driver's License.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Perform commercial installations for various construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the installation of various construction elements.
• Other products installed by Wenger: Rain screen systems, Wall insulation systems, Custom sheet metal (flashings/trims/roof edge metal/copings), Standing seam metal roofing, and many others
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily responsibilities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
