About The Role

Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Commercial Roofing Division. As a Commercial Roofer, you’ll be part of a skilled team that installs and repairs flat roofing systems on commercial buildings.

We’re looking for someone with construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to craftsmanship. You’ll work as part of a supportive crew that values teamwork, communication, and doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and repair of commercial flat roofing systems
• Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
• Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Learn and apply new skills related to commercial roofing tools and techniques
• Assist in heavy lifting and the installation of roofing components
  
  

Preferred Qualification

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience required
• Commercial flat roofing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing and construction
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel (not overnight)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various outdoor conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
