- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transaction management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring the restaurant meets health standards.
- Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, food prep, and ensuring proper food storage practices.
- Support team members in various roles including serving customers, food preparation, and kitchen assistance to ensure smooth operations in a quick service environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
