What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily goals
• Deliver top-tier guest experiences every time
• Enforce Wendy’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Train, coach, and develop team members for success
• Manage food safety, inventory, and labor efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
