Salary $14.00 - $17.00 an hour (Based on experience and availability)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
- Provide proper training for team members
- Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
- Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance
- Balance cash at the end of the shift
- Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
- Report maintenance and training needs
- Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled
- Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)
- Report directly to the Assistant Managers and General Manager
- Must be able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift
- Open or close the restaurant (when responsible for the first or last shift)

What we expect from you
QUALIFICATIONS- One year of restaurant experience at a minimum in QSR or Fast-Casual environment Preferred
- Willingness to work on your feet
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices (Servsafe certification is a plus)
- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
- High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Willing to work normal schedule of 40 hours per week (including nights, weekends and some holidays) and stay over if needed
- Strong communication skills; Must be able to multi-task
- Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
- Must have reliable transportation
