We are looking for a proactive and skilled Restaurant Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all eight of our restaurant's equipment and systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for staff and guests alike. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, and has a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on restaurant kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other restaurant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with installation or upgrades of new equipment, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or refrigeration.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, or related fields is essential, tile repair is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and basic construction practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. Must be able to manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently and have strong communication skills
- Must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
