We're currently looking for an experienced District Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of 3 to 5 restaurant locations in the Bangor ME area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead by example through in-store presence and strong team engagement.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership—verbally and in writing.
- Ensure staff training and development through hands-on coaching and use of company resources.
- Conduct regular, impactful store visits with clear follow-up and accountability.
- Monitor and manage food and labor costs in alignment with company budget expectations.
- Analyze sales data and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-performing store managers.
- Ensure full compliance with Maine labor laws and all operational policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of QSR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong experience with budgeting, labor controls, and P&L management.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to perform any in-store task as needed.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
