What a Crew Member Does:

• Greet customers with a smile and great service
• Prepare fresh, quality food the Wendy’s way
• Handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Support your team and jump in where needed

What You Bring:

• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Available for nights, weekends, or holidays when required

The Wendy’s Story
First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person. And a pretty special one, being the daughter of our founder Dave Thomas. Today, she is one of the most involved and successful franchise owners in the Wendy’s enterprise. We think Dave would be proud.
