What we expect from you
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUAre you the life of the party? As a Wendy’s Cashier, we need you to bring your positive energy, smiles, enthusiasm, and sense of urgency that will help make us the first choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner time and time again.
The other stuff? Don't sweat it. We will teach you the positional skills you need to be successful regardless of your experience level.
As a Cashier you will learn to:
• Engage with customers, we want you to “WOW” them, so they will return over and over, just to see you!
• Operate the cash registers and take payments
• Assist customers with digital ordering and Mobile App Rewards, building loyal fans to our brand.
• Prepare our signature beverages and Frosty’s to perfection.
• Perform positional cleaning tasks, keeping a clean restaurant is a full team effort.
• Operate the Drive-Thru Windows with that same positive energy, wishing each customer a great day as they drive away.
• Prepare dine in and drive-thru orders for our customers with care and precision. No one likes to be left without a needed item.
