Assistant Managers are responsible for providing coaching and training to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You assist the General Manager in running shifts, fostering teamwork, role modeling excellent behaviors while service quality food, delivering great service in a clean and safe environment. Assistant Managers provide direction, training and the leadership required to ensure Wendy’s standards, policies and procedures are meet every shift and the restaurant meets its business goals.
