Assistant General Manager – WenTex Foods (Wendy’s)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with a focus on food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Manage financials including cost control, sales targets, and P&L analysis
- Oversee staffing: scheduling, hiring, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Foster positive customer relationships and a welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in QSR (Wendy’s preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food ordering systems and P&L management
- Proven leadership in team management and shift scheduling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High motivation and a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to build a team-oriented, growth-focused culture
