The candidate will assist attorneys with preparing pleadings, motions, affidavits, correspondence, discovery responses; extensive legal research (using Westlaw or public records); track deadlines; organize exhibits and manage trial notebooks. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Although a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program is preferred, at least three years of on-the-job experience and substantive legal work are required.
