Role Description The Transaction Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hempstead, TX, responsible for managing the administrative and contractual details of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Day-to-day tasks include opening and tracking new files, coordinating with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders, and monitoring key deadlines to ensure all documents are completed accurately and on time. The role involves preparing and reviewing transaction paperwork, maintaining organized records, updating transaction status in internal systems, and following up on missing information. The Transaction Coordinator will communicate regularly with all parties to provide updates, respond to inquiries, and support a smooth, professional client experience. This position requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with the team and support office operations.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License is a MUST
- Prior Real Estate experience preferred
- Candidates should possess strong Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management skills to oversee multiple real estate files and timelines.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Escrow processes and related closing procedures to support accurate and compliant transactions.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Hempstead, TX, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory and brokerage standards.
Starting Pay: $22/Hour
