Automotive Sales Representative

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, 5 days per week, with weekend availability required
• Compensation ranging from $50,000.00 to $180,000 (Dependent on job performance)
  
  

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Self-Motivation
• Driven individual looking to establish success in Automotive Sales
• Availability for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
• Skilled in using and adapting to new technologies
• Valid Washington Driver's License with clean driving record
  
  

Responsibilities

• Learn our systems and our culture
• Learn the automotive business
• Communicate with enthusiasm about our products
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all vehicles and services.
• Meet personal and team sales targets through effective prospecting and ethical selling practices.
• Understand customer needs, present suitable options, and recommend additional products.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to encourage repeat business.
• Attend training and sales meetings to stay updated on products and techniques.
• Ensure client information security and keep a valid, clean driving record.
