What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airport Shuttle Driver-Seasonal position at Wenatchee Valley Shuttle?
We are looking for a dependable, friendly, kind, courteous, experienced professional driver to join our team! We provide shuttle travel from Wenatchee, WA to SeaTac Airport daily. We offer competitive pay PLUS GRATUITY. You MUST be over 25 years old-due to insurance requirements. MUST have experience with winter driving. This is a PERFECT position for someone who is retired as well! In addition, benefits, and a small company feel that cares about their TEAM. As an airport shuttle driver you're responsible for providing a comfortable and safe transportation to people on chartered tours or shuttle trips. You must have a great driving record and be safe, however no professional driving experience is required. If you have your CDL B that is a plus. If you speak Spanish that is helpful, but not required. This is a terrific job for someone who is retired and loves to drive and loves people! You must have a great attitude, be clean cut and professional and able to problem solve well!
We are looking for part time/seasonal weekend drivers but would be happy to make it full time if you are a great fit!
Your responsibilities include:
- Addressing passenger complaints in a polite and professional matter
- Keeping the trip on schedule, as much as possible
- Accounting for all passengers and recording no shows
- Keep passengers informed of possible delays
- Perform basic maintenance (check the bus tires, lights, and oil)
- Keep the shuttle clean and presentable to the public
- Able to use your phone well for checking people in and communicating with the office.
- Clean your vehicle after shifts
