```Duties```
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-motivated person who has a great attitude and is dependable to manage incoming calls and customer inquiries. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstration of excellent phone etiquette and communication skills is critical. Your primary goal is customer satisfaction that will entail interaction with team members in resolving issues in a timely manner.
The expectation is you will answer every customer call live. You must be able to think on your own and creatively find solutions to customer requests while maintaining a cheerful and upbeat attitude. Attention to detail is key as you will efficiently and accurately update customer records.
This is a remote, part time position. All work can be performed from home or possibly on your phone or computer.
On call hours are:
5:00am - 8:00am Monday thru Friday alternate weeks
5:00pm - 9:30pm Monday thru Friday alternate weeks
5:00am - 9:30 pm Saturday/Sunday alternate weeks
Work schedule is every other week. Call volume will fluctuate but is generally low.
Qualifications```
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems with ease.
- Timely correspondence via email and phone.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Bi lingual Spanish speaking is a plus for serving a diverse customer base.

Pay: $50.00 - $125.00 per day
